Happy Birthday to Dada-Brett

Brett's birthday was through the week, so we used the following weekend to celebrate by venturing out to the Lincoln Museum...everyone says it is awesome, which it is, but since we aren't very into history, etc. the highlight to his birthday was the ice cream cake. It just wouldn't be a birthday in the Spalding household without a chocolate ice cream cake. Happy birthday, Brett!
And cheers to the last year of your 20s!!! We love you!
We made Dad's favorite lunch on his birthday...PBJ, chips and a soda! Mmmm.
 Happy Birthday to my dada!

Someone LOVED playing with Dad's birthday balloon...he kept trying to bite it!

Love you, Dada...I look up to you more than you know. See?! I am already interested in teeth.
I want to be just like you. Hugs! xoxx

arlyn + easter

Easter weekend was spent in a non-traditional way this year. Some of our best friends had a new baby girl that week, so it was a MUST that we met her as soon as possible. Congratulations on Miss Arlyn Rose....she is a beautiful addition to the Fischer Family!

Beckett playing with Rowan's toys while Rowan naps (like a good boy)!
the new sweet, sweet baby girl...Arlyn Rose
Beckett snuggling with Chels and Collin. They got a kick out of Beckett's new "smile"
We just loved holding this tiny, precious baby girl! Made us realize 1) we forgot how small Beckett was; he is growing fast. AND 2) we are SO not ready to add to our familyyet. Kuddos to all of our friends that have TWO kids!

                                                     Easter Day at Home!
Beckett's outdoor photoshoot! Mommy was pretty excited about his new basket....this is supposed to be his 1st bday outfit, but it's fitting pretty snugly....had to wear it at least once! Why not on Easter?!

March + April

Since we have had next to no snow this year (and I am not complaining...just stating) I thought I had to let Beckett experience playing in it at least once....he wasn't as impressed as I thought he might be!!

He is getting to become a pro at standing with help...he loves
using this skill to get to the remote controls...which we just love!

Our Little Mister Mobility....
Trying to catch Riley....while Riley tries to get attention...good luck to both of them!
Beckett loved watching the Blues Playoffs with us...too bad they lost in the second round. Dad was sad!

He looks SO big in these pictures. As fiesty as he is cute...don't let him fool you!
